England-India ODI at Rose Bowl to Start After Rain

Southampton: England win the toss and field against India at the Rose Bowl in a one-day international reduced to 23 overs per side after persistent rain.

England won the toss and chose to field in the second one-day international against India at the Rose Bowl, reduced to 23 overs per side because of rain.

Bowlers will be permitted three sets of five overs and two of four with only a 10-minute interval between innings.

The five-match series is level after Saturday's opening match at Durham was abandoned because of rain.
