India Bowled Out Sri Lanka For 393

Mumbai: Sri Lanka began day two of the third and final Test at 366-8 with Angelo Mathews batting on 86 at the Brabourne stadium against India on Thursday.

Muttiah Muralitharan, who was still to open his account, at the start of play gave Mathews company.

On the first day, Tillakaratne Dilshan cracked a fluent 109 as Sri Lanka recovered from three quick top-order jolts to leave the crucial third and final Test against India evenly poised at the end of the opening day.

Harbhajan Singh took four wickets while Pragyan Ojha took two and the pacers took one wicket each on the venue which is hosting a Test match after 36 years.
