Pak To Play Extra T20 Match on Bangladesh Tour

Karachi: Bangladesh Cricket Board has requested its Pakistan counterpart to play an additional Twenty20 match during their tour in March.  

"The Bangladesh board has asked us to play five one-day internationals and two Twenty20 matches in March and we have accepted their request," a Pakistan Cricket Board official said on Tuesday.

Pakistan would now most probably tour Bangladesh from March 12 after the completion of their home Test series against Sri Lanka.

The official said efforts are also on to host a tournament in end-March at the Dubai Sports City, which is set to open later this month.

The PCB has a three-year contract with the Dubai Sports City for around USD 6 million to play a tournament there each year until 2011.
