South Africa Name Unchanged Team Against Kiwis

Centurion: South Africa announced an unchanged team for their second Pool B match at the ICC Champions' Trophy tournament against New Zealand at SuperSport Park on Thursday.

This match will be a day-time encounter with a 9.30am start.

It means that Hashim Amla will once again open the batting with skipper.

The injured Herschelle Gibbs had a batting session at today's practice and also engaged in running between the wickets. "Herschelle is making good progress," commented physiotherapist Brandon Jackson, "and he is on target to make his comeback against England on Sunday."

Gibbs had suffered a minor rib and intercostal injury while batting for the Proteas in the warm-up match against the West Indies last Friday.
