The New Zealand cricket team toured to India in October and November 2017 to play three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) matches.

On Sept. 25, New Zealand names initial nine-man squad for India ODIs. Remaining six members added on 14-Oct from New Zealand  'A' that toured to India.

Ahead of the second ODI, footage emerged of groundsman Pandurang Salgaonkar allegedly agreeing to tamper with the wicket. He was later suspended by the Maharashtra Cricket Association and the match went ahead as scheduled. India won the ODI and T20 series 2-1.
