Somerset-Redbacks Match Abandoned Without a Ball

Bangalore: A heavy downpour that started at around 4 pm on Saturday forced the Somerset-South Australian Redbacks game to be abandoned here on Saturday afternoon.

Redbacks skipper Michael Klinger had won the toss and elected to bowl in what seemed like decent weather. Soon after, though, the heavens opened up, leaving the Chinnaswamy Stadium slush with water.
