The 2015-17 ICC World Cricket League Championship (originally the Intercontinental Cup One-Day) was the second edition of a limited-overs version of the ICC Intercontinental Cup
Ireland and Afghanistan were not compete in the tournament as both of them have been made eligible to attempt to qualify for the 2019 World Cup directly via ODI ranking and later both promoted to full member.
